Located on 63 acres in North Andover adjacent to Edgewood Farm and Lake Cochichewick, Edgewood Life Care Community is a 280,000 square foot residential assisted-living complex that evokes traditional rural New England estate living. The design offers a unique balance of private and communal spaces. A commons building, including a large formal dining room, library, card/billiard room, and cocktail lounge, recreation center, and 45-bed health care center, connects two residential wings with 142 apartments.
