College Master Plan

This independent school for 280 students is situated on the scenic “Gold Coast” of Cape Ann. The school purchased land adjoining its original (upper) campus, creating alternatives for development of a new "lower" campus, comprising 17 acres. The proposed program includes a new athletic facility, performing arts center, and an academic center. The master plan thoughtfully responds to the steep changes in topography, wetlands, and ocean ledge that are characteristic of the proposed site.
