New Construction

The new 32-bed student dormitory and three faculty residences integrate the Williston Northampton Campus and local community. Student rooms are arranged around a light-filled common room. The student dormitory opens onto the campus and the faculty residences with private yards open onto local streets. Houses are linked to the dormitory by glass breezeways so faculty can monitor students. The entire building is served by an energy-efficient geothermal heating and cooling system.
