Xaverian Brothers High School | Westwood, MA

Comprehensive Master Plan

In 1996, Brother Daniel Skala, the new headmaster of Xaverian Brothers High School, had a mandate: transform the parochial high school to meet changes in education and the school’s increasing enrollment. Flansburgh Architects was hired to develop a master plan for the institution’s growth over the next ten years. The plan included renovations and additions to the existing building in multiple phases. In less than ten years, the school, with Flansburgh as its architect, realized every project of the master plan and achieved the headmaster's goal to completely transform the campus.
